1. Scope
These terms govern your use of equest, a quest, proof-submission and social feed platform operated by Phronox, Simon Braune, Im Sand 18, 65549 Limburg, Germany.
2. Account and Access
You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of content you upload, including posts, submissions and messages. By uploading content, you grant us the rights needed to host, display, moderate, process and operate the service.
4. Prohibited Conduct
Do not upload illegal, harmful, abusive, infringing or misleading content. Do not attempt unauthorised access, scraping, reverse engineering, disruption, or abuse of platform systems.
5. Quests, Proof and Moderation
Quest results, reports, points and moderation decisions are provided as platform features and may be corrected, removed or adjusted if abuse, errors or policy violations are detected.
6. Availability
The service is provided as available. We may change, pause or discontinue features where necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance or product development.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory legal liability. Otherwise, liability is limited to foreseeable damages typical for this type of service.
8. Governing Law
German law applies, without limiting mandatory consumer protection rights available in your country of residence.
